Personal hygiene care should never be a hassle. You should be able to do it quickly, swiftly, and it should not take more than 15 to 20 minutes. Find your skin type?
For your skin care routine to be successful, you need to discover your skin type. In general, there are five skin types: dry, oily, sensitive, combination and normal. Choose your skin care products based on your skin type.
Cleanse (7 minutes)
Cleansing your face will not take more than 5-7 minutes. For this, you need to have a good cleanser. A cleanser gets rid of dirt, grime and excess oil on your face. Done right, can actually take less that it takes less than 5 minutes.
Moisturize (5 minutes)
Moisturizing cream or lotion hydrates your skin cells. Dab cream on your skin and spread it evenly over. If you can take a moment to massage your skin with the cream, it boosts blood circulation, reduces puffiness, and energises your skin.
Exfoliate (30 minutes)
Daily exfoliation is not recommended. Rather, you skin exfoliation should be done at least once or twice a week. Exfoliation is an intense process of removing dead skin, unclogging your skin pores, and allowing newer skin cells to grow.
Be Regular
If you really want your simple skin care routine to work, then it needs to be regular. Performing this routine once or twice is not enough. It is through regular routine you will notice the best skin care effects.
Do not over do it
In an attempt to clear-up the acne, you might attempt to perform the skin care routine frequently. That would be a mistake. Doing it too frequently can damage your skin!
